From June 2021, investment firms in the EU will be subject to the new IFR regulation which will have a material impact on these firms. Due to Brexit, the UK will no longer be subjected to EU jurisdiction however will still adopt this regime, delayed until January 2022.

We wanted to delve into this subject more to really uncover the challenges of the incoming regulation, how it will affect our clients and other investment firms within the UK and EU and how these issues will be addressed by different parties.
