Founding vision:
When we founded Suade in 2014, it was with a clear mission: to create faster, more efficient, and cost-effective solutions for regulatory reporting. This vision led us to develop FIRE, an open-source data standard that has become the cornerstone of our product offerings.

Key milestones:
2014: The beginning
Suade was founded with the mission to revolutionise financial regulation through technology. We opened our first office in London, laying the groundwork for our future development.
2015: Early recognition and innovation
Our potential was quickly recognised when we received a European Commission grant for The Financial Regulatory (FIRE) Data Standard. This year also saw the launch of the Suade Platform, laying the foundation for our future growth.
2016: First major client and growth
We secured our first Global Systemically Important Bank (GSIB) client, sparking a period of rapid organic growth.
2017: Industry recognition
Suade was recognised as a leading tech company by prestigious global organisations, including the World Economic Forum, which named us a Technology Pioneer.
2018: Expanding horizons
Our reach expanded to Asia in 2018 when we received funding from the Monetary Authority of Singapore and secured our first Singaporean GSIB client.
2019: Elevated status
The World Economic Forum promoted Suade from Tech Pioneer to Global Innovators in 2019, highlighting our impact and influence in the industry.
2020: New ventures
A year of significant milestones: we contributed to the Davos Agenda, opened our New York office, and supported the FCA and Bank of England in a regulatory reporting revolution.
2021: Strategic growth
We secured significant investment in 2021 and expanded our board of advisors with industry leaders Glenn Hutchins and Bill Coen. Additionally, we opened our Singapore office and launched our annual RegTech Forum.
2022: Sustainable growth, sustainable finance
We launched our ESG product and secured our first North American client, broadening our focus to include environmental, social, and governance initiatives.
2023: Thought leadership
Last year, we launched the Regulatory User Understanding Forum (RUUF) and ThinkTank with Former Regulators, reinforcing our commitment to thought leadership and industry collaboration.
2024: Expanding global presence
As we celebrate our 10th anniversary at Suade, we continue to expand our global presence, further solidifying our position as a trusted partner in regulatory technology. This milestone not only marks a decade of innovation but also reaffirms our commitment to empowering financial institutions with cutting-edge solutions tailored to the evolving needs of global markets.
