The arrears arrangement is active and being executed.

cancelled

The arrears arrangement was cancelled before completion.

completed

The arrears arrangement has been successfully completed. Successful completion is defined as the closing of loss mitigation activities where the borrower has no remaining delinquent obligations to the servicer.
