pre_sales

pre_sales represents the the amount of sold units or leased space that has been legally backed by buyers or tenants (contractually) prior to ADC build completion. Must be populated as the percentage by Monetary Value, not by ‘Physical Space’ or ‘Number of lots’ or other attributes synonymous with ‘amount’. This is used both for pre-sales, and pre-lease amounts (depending on whether the collateral is to be sold or let). This is a percentage type between 0 and 1.
