equity_at_risk

The equity_at_risk property represents the percentage of Equity at Risk within an ADC undertaking, where it is collateral against a loan. Made up of the value inputs from the borrower, i.e. Land Purchases/ Cash Inputs / Investor Deposits / Other, divided by the appraised value of the completed build. See OFSI BCAR 2027 Ch4 Para 119. Only to be populated if a minimum of 5% equity at risk is made up of cash contributions and a maximum of 10% equity at risk is made up of subordinated debt. Expressed as a percentage between 0 and 1.
